Research Manager, Programs at Power to Decide

Ci'erra Larsen, MPH, currently serves as Research Manager at Power to Decide, overseeing various components of the organization's scientific research portfolio. Previously, as a consultant for the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, Ci'erra developed a conceptual framework to analyze barriers to abortion access for young individuals. Experience includes coordinating significant health equity initiatives as Health Equity and Impact Project Coordinator at HealthConnect One and conducting in-depth research as an Outreach Intern for Access Reproductive Care Southeast. An educational background includes a Master's of Public Health focused on Global Sexual and Reproductive Health from Emory University and dual bachelor's degrees in Public Health and Global Development from Stetson University.
