Federico M Pesci currently serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Power & Water, leading the scientific strategy for liquid chemical-free wastewater treatment technologies and overseeing advanced electrocoagulation systems. Previously, Federico co-founded Zinc, developing a business model in the carbon dioxide removal sector, and served as Head of Technology at H2GO Power, where innovative hydrogen storage systems were developed. A strong academic background includes roles as Lead Scientist and Head of Hydrogen Research at Imperial College London, where extensive research on ionic conductors and photoelectrochemical cells was conducted. Federico holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Imperial College London, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
