Deb Trottier

Deb Trottier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems and human resources management. Currently serving as the Business Systems Manager at Power Wellness Management since March 2021, Trottier previously held roles within the same organization, including Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner and Business Systems Specialist from June 2016 to April 2020, focusing on core business software support, training, troubleshooting, and process implementation. Prior to Power Wellness Management, Trottier was the Member Services Manager at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Health & Fitness Center for thirteen years, overseeing daily operations across multiple departments and supervising a team of part-time and full-time employees. Earlier experience includes managing the Fit N’ Fun childcare program at the same center from 1998 to 2003. Trottier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and has pursued further education at the University of South Florida.
