Chris Arbogast has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Starting from 2002, Chris worked as a Sales Associate at Electronics Boutique, assisting customers with their software and hardware purchases. In 2003, Chris served as the Director of Internet Services/Webmaster at Lightspeed Fine Art, where they redesigned and maintained the company's website and created promotional materials.

From 2004 to 2018, Chris worked at Nyko Technologies, assuming different positions during their tenure. Chris started as a Marketing Associate, assisting the Director of Marketing with various tasks such as copywriting and maintaining the company website. Chris then progressed to become a Marketing Manager, responsible for all company marketing initiatives. Later, they took on the role of Interim Co-Director of Sales and worked closely with the Director of Operations on domestic accounts.

From 2007 to 2013, Chris served as the Director of Marketing at Nyko Technologies, reporting directly to the CEO. In this role, they oversaw a variety of functions, including advertising strategy, package line redesigns, and bringing PR in-house. Chris also directed the company's transition from traditional print/banners to social media/retargeting campaigns.

In 2013, Chris was promoted to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing, where they reported directly to the CEO and managed a team of 12-20 contracted sales representatives. During their tenure, they redirected the advertising budget to an AMS program on Amazon.com, resulting in increased sales and lower ACPC. Chris also managed all media buying in-house.

In 2017, Chris became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Nyko Technologies, responsible for all marketing and sales initiatives in the U.S, Canada, and Latin America. Their role included reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing advertising, media buying, and sales efforts.

Since 2018, Chris has been employed at PowerA, starting as the National Sales Manager and progressing to the role of National Sales Director. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Product Management, and in 2022, Chris became the Director of Global Product Management.
