Adam Benson has worked in various roles in the engineering and technical industry since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Technical Assistant at Floatel International AB for 3 weeks, where they handled purchasing documents, quality assurance and structuring of folder systems. In 2014, they worked as a Process Operator/Process Operator at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Sweden for 8 weeks, where they managed two process lines, including the operation and maintenance of process equipment and other machinery for the production of cookies and biscuits. In 2015, they worked at Fingerprint Cards as an Engineer, Smartcards, Engineer, Technical Programs, Qualification Engineer and Lab Technician. In this role, they were involved in the development of new innovative microelectronic packaging solutions for fingerprint sensors being implemented in credit cards, performed various testing in the lab and evaluated critical mass production parameters through statistical analysis. Adam also conducted concept and feasibility studies on new technologies and materials within the area of microelectronic packaging. Additionally, they worked at Chalmers University of Technology as a Laboratory Assistant where they synthesized ceramic samples and analyzed them using X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis. Since 2019, they have been working as a Development Engineer at PowerCell Sweden AB.

Adam Benson obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masterexamen in Civilingenjö̲r i Kemiteknik from Chalmers University of Technology between 2010 and 2015.
