Carla Sousa

Carla Sousa possesses extensive experience in assembly and testing roles, most recently serving as Team Leader, Test Engineer, and Assembly Technician at PowerCell Group since December 2021, focusing on hydrogen-powered cell stack assembly and testing. Previous roles include Assembly Technician at Randstad Sweden and PowerCell Sweden AB, and Assembly Operator at Emerson Automation Solutions, where cable extension for tank gauges was performed. Earlier experience includes positions as Warehouse Worker at Jollyroom, Extrapersonal at Direkt Chark AB, and Operator of CNC machine/tools at SADEV Racing Transmission, where quality control and CNC operations were key responsibilities. Carla's career began as a Mechanical Designer/Trainee at Motofil Group, specializing in the design and technical dimensioning of cutting machines. Carla holds two Master's degrees from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, one in Management of Process and Operations and another in Mechanical Constructions.
