Elena Malz has a diverse work experience. Elena began their career in 2011 as a Student Assistant at the Institute for Photovoltaics (IPV) at the University of Stuttgart. In 2013, they moved to the Foundation Chair of Wind energy (SWE) at the University of Stuttgart, where they held the same role. In 2015, they became a Doctoral Student at Chalmers University of Technology. In 2022, they will be working as an Electrical Design Engineer at PowerCell Group and a Scientist at SMHI.

Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Electrical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology in 2020.
