Carolin Schäfer completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Controlling and Consulting from DHBW Villingen-Schwenningen from 2010 to 2013. Carolin then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, graduating in 2016. As part of their studies, they also attended an exchange term at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2015. Prior to their tertiary education, Carolin completed their Universal Education at Gymnasium Petrinum Brilon, earning their Abitur in 2010.
