Kathrin Heitmann

Kathrin Heitmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kathrin joined PowerCo SE in 2022 as the Global Head of Business Process Excellence and Operational Business Ramp-up. Prior to that, they worked at Contemporary Amperex Technology Ltd. (CATL) from 2020 to 2022 as the Supply Chain Director for Europe. From 2005 to 2020, they held various roles at BENTELER Group, including Global Manufacturing Manager, Supply Chain Director for North American Operations, and Global Head of Supply Chain Operations. Before joining BENTELER Group, they worked at MöllerGroup GmbH as the Head of Logistics and Process Manager. Additionally, they have related work experience in network administration, tax accounting, and customer relations management.

Kathrin Heitmann holds a Master Degree in Logistics (German: Diplom in Logistik (FH)) from the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, specializing in Supply Chain and Logistics Management. Kathrin also obtained a Master Degree in Industrial Engineering (German: Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) from the FernUniversität in Hagen. Furthermore, Kathrin graduated from the Technische Universität Chemnitz with a Master Degree in Information Technology (German: Dipl.-Ing. Informationstechnik).
