Mark Armstrong

Mark Armstrong is a seasoned professional in the field of materials chemistry with extensive experience in cell chemistry and electrification. Currently serving as a Senior Cell Chemistry Coordinator at PowerCo SE since July 2023, Mark previously held the position of Principal Applications Engineer at Britishvolt from May 2022 to January 2023. Mark’s career at SABIC spanned from May 2014 to March 2022, culminating in the role of Senior Scientist/Coordinator in electrification while also serving as a Scientist in Corporate Research and Innovation. Mark Armstrong holds a PhD in Materials Chemistry and a BSc (Hons.) in Chemistry, both earned from University College Cork between 2004 and 2013.
