Sam van der Sar

Sam Van Der Sar is currently a Senior Technology & Innovation Engineer at Powerco, focusing on bringing new technology into the electricity distribution network with a particular interest in network intelligence and Internet of Things. Prior to this role, Sam worked as a Mechanical Engineer at LogiCamms and Cubic Global Defense, specializing in project management, mechanical engineering, and product design. Sam also had internships at Vector Limited and Fonterra, gaining experience in mechanical engineering and maintenance work. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Auckland.
