Brian Bailie has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Construction Manager at Powerday since March 2001. Responsibilities include pricing and managing contracts for various clients, including local authorities, housing associations, and private clients, as well as sourcing new clients and supervising contracts through to completion. Previously, Brian worked as a Surveyor at Powerday from 1979 to 1990, where tasks included pricing tenders, ordering materials, and measuring on-site works. Earlier experience includes a role in local builders, performing laboring and some carpentry and brickwork. Brian holds a diploma in Building Studies from Willesden College of Technology, complemented by education at Cootehill Comprehensive and Dundalk Regional Technical College.
