Duke Rerisi

As Director of Mechanical Construction, Duke oversees all aspects of Mechanical and Plumbing operations from

budgeting9, planning and customer relations. He serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership with a passion for

organizational excellence. Originally from New York, Duke spent much of his career in North Carolina where he raised

his kids, studied mechanical engineering, and was a greenskeepers nightmare.

With 30+ years of industry experience and a licensed general contractor in the Carolinas, Duke has held leadership

roles with some of the largest mechanical contractors in the country with a wide variety of projects including

multifamily, office, hospital, MOB, airports, and manufacturing.
