Bobby Gotch, CCSM, is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with a robust background in public safety and customer relations. Currently at PowerDMS since January 2022, Bobby serves approximately 500 clients as a Subject Matter Expert, focusing on customer retention and product improvement initiatives. Previously, Bobby held similar roles at Agency360 Public Safety Optimized, managing a client base of over 700 and contributing to the company's acquisition by PowerDMS. Bobby's experience also includes operational leadership in startups and established companies like Breathalytics and Precision Kiosk Technologies, along with significant management roles at Satellite Link Corporation and project management in real estate with RS ARMS. Bobby has earned recognition such as the 2022 CS "Utility Player of the Year" award and has a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and team performance.
