Brian Larsen

Brian Larsen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software solutions engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Software Solutions Engineer II at PowerDMS since October 2014, Brian specializes in user provisioning, authentication, and tech integration, providing tailored support for enterprise-tier customers. Previous roles at PowerDMS include Senior Service Desk Advisor and Service Desk Advisor, enhancing expertise in technical escalations and integration migrations. Prior to PowerDMS, Brian worked as a Contract Helpdesk Analyst at TEKsystems, delivering helpdesk solutions for Partners Federal Credit Union, and held positions in business analysis and IT support at National Frozen Foods. Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Central Washington University and an Associate of Technical Arts in Computer Information Systems from Edmonds College.
