Cierra Decraene

Cierra DeCraene is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in account management and strategic sales development. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at PowerDMS since June 2019, Cierra focuses on providing cloud-based compliance and content management solutions. Prior to this role, Cierra was an Account Executive at Bloomberg BNA, where success was achieved through developing sales strategies, generating new accounts, and exceeding sales quotas. Cierra also has extensive experience as an Account Manager at Collabera, managing relationships with C-Level Executives, expanding revenues, and leading internal teams to meet client objectives. With earlier roles in marketing and event coordination, Cierra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Michigan State University.
