Daniella Mastracci

Daniella Mastracci is an experienced product manager currently employed at Powered by People (PBP) since July 2022. Prior to this role, Daniella held various leadership positions at Trade+Impact Association from July 2018 to December 2022, including Executive Director and Director of Operations, along with a previous role at trade+impact as Partner and Director of Participant Engagement, focusing on supporting African and Middle Eastern women social entrepreneurs. Daniella's earlier career includes positions such as Country Manager and Training and Operations Manager at Swaziland Fair Trade, In-Country Project Manager for the SWIFT Artisan Training Program, and Economic Development Officer for ecotourism initiatives in Ecuador. Daniella also has retail management experience from roles at Titus & Galuteus Dog Spa, Rogers Communications Inc., Gap Inc., and Bell Canada. Daniella holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Retail Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
