Mariyam Kachwala

Mariyam Kachwala is an experienced professional in sourcing, brand partnerships, and marketing, currently serving as Sourcing + Impact for Asia at Powered by People (PBP) since December 2023. Previously, Mariyam held the position of Head of Brand Partnerships & Marketing at Sirohi from July 2023 to December 2023, and served as Head of Growth + Business Development for India & Asia at Powered by People from August 2020 to May 2023, where significant growth of the maker community in Asia was achieved. Additional experience includes roles as a Market Research & Development Consultant at Neter Collective and Marketing Manager at The Bohri Kitchen, where Mariyam developed marketing strategies and managed various communication channels. Early experience also includes an Associate position at ah! Ventures. Educational qualifications include a Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Commerce from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
