Prior to this role, Anssi was involved with Trionity Invest GmbH as the Investment & Business Development lead for energy storage, where responsibilities included strategic initiatives and mergers and acquisitions. Anssi's previous experience at EnerSys included various senior marketing roles, overseeing significant organizational changes, managing global teams, and directing marketing strategies for divisions generating substantial revenue. Anssi began the career as a Project Engineer at Stora Enso Packaging and holds an eMBA in International Management from Hanken School of Economics, along with a B.Eng in Industrial Management from Savonia Polytechnic.
