Chuck Kemp

Chuck Kemp serves as the Chief Financial Officer and previously held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer/SVP at POWER Engineers. At SAIC, Chuck Kemp was Vice President of Finance for SAIC Energy, Environment & Infrastructure, LLC, and also served as CFO/BU Controller and Vice President of Finance/Business Unit Controller for Commercial Business Services. Chuck Kemp holds an Executive Program in Business Administration and Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Science and Accounting from the University of San Diego, earned in 1985.
