Jochum van Grinsven MSc MSRE has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jochum currently serves as the Head of Design & Construction at PowerField Netherlands BV. Prior to this, they worked as the Project- & Sales Manager for PowerGo B.V. In their previous role at Yum! Brands, Jochum was responsible for leading and managing the construction, design, and acquisition of KFC restaurants across Northern Europe. At FFC Franchise Friendly Concepts, they served as a Project Manager overseeing the construction and design of Kwalitaria and Delifrance outlets. Jochum started their career in the military as a Landmacht officier, where they held various leadership roles and was involved in organizing exercises and deployments.

Jochum van Grinsven has a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Jochum also completed the Basis Officiers Opleiding in Leiderschap en management at the Royal Military Academy from 2001 to 2003. More recently, they achieved a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Jochum has obtained various certifications, including modules in Gebieds- & vastgoedontwikkeling, Marktanalyse, and Investeringsanalyse from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. Jochum has also completed certifications in personal development, business growth, time management, negotiation, and Microsoft Excel training.
