Rozalie Czesana

Rozalie Czesana began their work experience as a Marketing Intern at Cinch (CinchKey Inc.) in June 2016. Rozalie then worked as a Summer Analyst at BlackRock from June to August 2017. In August 2018, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst and held that role until July 2020. Rozalie was promoted to Senior Business Analyst and worked in that position from August 2020 to August 2021. From August 2021 to September 2022, they served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. In September 2022, they transitioned to FTX where they worked as M & A and Special Projects until December 2022. Finally, they became the Chief of Staff at PowerFlex starting in January 2023.

Rozalie Czesana completed their high school education at The Taft School from 2011 to 2014. Rozalie subsequently attended Princeton University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Policy and International Affairs. In 2016, Rozalie briefly studied Political Science and Government at Sciences Po.
