Mark Elston has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and sales field. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Mars Confectionery, where they managed multiple retailers and wholesalers. Mark achieved top performance and was recognized as an Outstanding Performer. In 2006, they joined GSK as a Customer Business Manager, responsible for account management and P&L within Compass Group UK. Mark also held roles as a National Business Manager and Area Sales Manager during their time at GSK. In 2011, Elston joined Molson Coors Beverage Company, where they served as a Customer Contact Manager, Commercial Excellence Manager, and Beer Mate UK&I Programme Lead, among other roles. Most recently, since 2022, they have been working at Powerforce GB as a Strategy Director, focusing on growth, innovation, and strategic thinking.

Mark Elston attended the University of Wales from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in German and Russian. Additionally, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020, as well as the SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from the same institution in September 2019.
