Camila Machado has over 20 years of experience in marketing and client relations roles. Camila started their career in 1999 as a Marketing Assistant at Mercado Livre Brasil, where they supported the planning, budgeting, execution and results tracking of a full awareness launch campaign. In 2001, they moved to Kikos Fitness Oficial as a Web and Retail Supervisor, where they reconciled bricks-mortar experience with online while overseeing their e-commerce store and assisting to manage one retail store. In 2003, they joined Itaú Unibanco as a Marketing Analyst, where they increased brand and service awareness as well as sales conversion for the extended warranty via targeted sales training and push and pull promotions at the point of sale. In 2008, Camila moved to Auracall Limited as a Marketing Executive, where they increased sales and expanded the affiliated business by developing diverse multicultural on-line and off-line media partnerships and applying SEO practices to add relevance and improve website prominence in search engines. In 2010, they joined Easychef Pty Ltd as a Trade Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager, where they planned, proposed, coordinated, scheduled and integrated below the line promotions; merchandising, product demonstration and price promotions to maximise sales and increase brand awareness to overseas audiences. Camila also supervised three staff with the export operations from purchase through to delivery. In 2019, Camila joined Symbion Pty Ltd as an Assistant Category Business Manager, and in 2022, they joined Powerfront as a Client Relations Specialist.

Camila Machado completed a Hons Degree in Marketing and Advertising from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing between 2001 and 2004. In 2005 and 2006, they obtained a Diploma in Internet Systems from NCC Education. In 2010, they completed a Course in Importing and Exporting from Swinburne University of Technology.
