Justin Figley

Justin Figley has a strong background in operations and project management. Justin started their career at Nationwide Retail Services in 2012 as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2015. Justin then joined Powerhouse as a Project Manager and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined Lidl US as a Real Estate Development Manager, and later became a Senior Manager - Real Estate. In 2017, they joined Save-A-Lot as the Director of Construction. In 2018, they returned to Powerhouse as the Director of Operations, and later worked their way up to Senior Director, Vice President, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations.

Justin Figley earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
