Carmel Reyes is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on sustainable operations and waste management. Currently serving as Sustainability Manager at Powerhouse since November 2021, Carmel has previously held multiple positions at the City of Sydney, including Sustainable Operations, Zero Waste Coordinator, and Zero Waste Education Officer from March 2016 to October 2021. Prior to that, Carmel worked at the Green Building Council of Australia as Green Star Technical Coordinator and Professional Development/Education Coordinator from July 2011 to March 2016, and started a career at Todae Solar as Procurement/Retail Manager from July 2007 to June 2011.
