The Home That Generates More Energy Than It Uses

PowerHouse is a patent-protected residential building system designed to transform homes from energy consumers into energy producers. Instead of attaching renewable technologies as afterthoughts, PowerHouse integrates wind and solar generation directly into the architecture itself.

Its polygonal geometry, slanted walls, and rooftop turbine system are engineered to maximize airflow and solar exposure—allowing the structure to harvest energy from both the sun and the wind throughout the day.

Unlike conventional homes that depend on the electrical grid, PowerHouse is designed to generate several times more electricity than a typical household consumes, potentially creating long-term energy independence and additional income for homeowners.

The system combines:

•	Integrated rooftop wind generation
•	Flexible solar panel surfaces
•	Aerodynamic wall geometry
•	Smart energy management systems
•	Modular, scalable construction

The result is a residential platform that is:

•	Sustainable
•	Energy-positive
•	Architecturally distinctive
•	Modular and efficient
•	Designed for mass production and licensing

Why PowerHouse Matters

Modern homes waste enormous amounts of potential energy. Roofs and walls are typically passive surfaces exposed to wind and sunlight without contributing to energy production.

PowerHouse reimagines the home itself as an energy-generating machine.

By leveraging airflow dynamics, rooftop acceleration effects, and high-surface-area solar exposure, PowerHouse aims to produce 4–5 times the electricity consumed by an average American household.

This approach offers several advantages:

•	Dramatically reduced utility costs
•	Reduced dependence on fossil fuels
•	Greater energy resilience
•	Lower long-term environmental impact
•	Potential revenue from surplus electricity generation
