Rajendra Umare

Rajendra Umare is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in design and project management within the electrical engineering domain. Currently serving as Assistant Manager- Design and Engineering at Powerica Limited since July 2018, Rajendra is responsible for reviewing designs, bills of quantities, and bills of materials for air insulated substations and overhead lines, along with overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning in compliance with various standards. Prior to this role, Rajendra worked as a Senior and Project Engineer, focusing on quality control during electrical installations. Rajendra's earlier experience includes leadership positions in corporate relations at Technovanza, VJTI, where responsibilities spanned sponsorship and association with corporate organizations for a major technomanagement event. Rajendra holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute and completed higher secondary education in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at Fergusson College.
