Tyler O'Brien Whitesides

Director of Customer Experience at Powerley

Tyler O'Brien Whitesides has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tyler started their career as a CSSA at Qwest in 2005 and later worked as a Field Service Representative 2 at Redbox from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, Tyler joined CompuCom as a Systems Integration Analyst. Tyler then worked at Omnicell as a Field Engineer on a contract basis in 2013 before returning to CompuCom as an IT Manager on a GE contract from 2013 to 2017.

In 2016, Tyler briefly served as the Junior Varsity Head Coach for Boys Soccer at Brighton High School. From 2013 to 2017, they also worked as a Soccer Coach at FC Denver. Tyler then joined Newmind Group, Inc. as a Happiness Engineer from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they also co-owned Pro Clubs Nation LLC from 2018 onwards.

Tyler's most recent position is at Powerley, where they started as a Customer Support Engineer in February 2018. Tyler then progressed to the role of Support Manager in January 2020 and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Experience from May 2022.

Tyler O'Brien Whitesides has a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Regis University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a BS in IT from Western Governors University from 2009 to 2012. Before their tertiary education, Tyler attended Standley Lake High School, although the specific years of attendance and any degrees or fields of study are unknown.
