Ahmed El-Saeed

Ahmed El-Saeed has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ahmed began their career in 1992 at ABB as a Low voltage systems salesperson, where they worked until 2006. Ahmed then became the Low voltage systems sales and export manager until 2008. After that, El-Saeed joined Egyptian Manufacturing And Advanced System (EMAS) - Elsewedy Industries Group as the Technical studies manager for Low & Medium voltage switchgear. In 2010, they returned to ABB as the Low voltage products sales manager and later became the Egypt & Central Africa Low voltage systems business unit manager until 2018. Ahmed then moved to ABB Thailand as the Distribution Solution Business Unit Manager until October 2019. Currently, El-Saeed is working at Powerline, where they started as the Director of Operations in 2020 and is now the Chief Executive Officer since January 2021.

Ahmed El-Saeed earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power and Machines from Cairo University, graduating between 1984 and 1989. Prior to this, they obtained a Secondary certificate in English language from El Orouba Language School, completing their studies between 1981 and 1984.
