Berthold Bartsch

Berthold Bartsch has studied business administration at the Karl-Franzens University in Graz and Vienna University of Economics and Business. From 2001, he worked in the Capital Markets and Corporate Finance/ M&A departments at Volksbank Investmentbank AG and in the Structured Finance and Portfolio and Risk Management departments at Investkredit Bank AG. From 2007 to 2009 he was Head of Structured Finance Analysis (leverage finance, corporate finance, project financing) for transactions in the DACH region and CEE. In 2009 to 2010 he was Head of Investment Management/ M&A of the Powerlines Group. Since 2011, Berthold served as CFO of the Powerlines Group.
