Ronald Schaller has a diverse work experience history. Ronald has held various roles and positions at different companies. Ronald started their career in 1998 as a Consultant at Bartberg Beratung GmbH. Ronald then joined Österreichische Post AG in 2001, where they worked in Strategic Personnel Development and later became the Head of Management and Competence Development. In 2010, they worked as a Freelance Consultant at project matters. From 2013 to 2022, they were an Entrepreneur at Business Rocketeers e.U. In 2014, they joined AT&S AG as an HR Business Partner. Currently, they are the Head of Recruiting & Talent Management at Powerlines Group.

Ronald Schaller completed their education in a chronological sequence. From 1987 to 1992, they attended Technologisches Gewerbemuseum where they studied Silikattechnik und anorganische Werkstoffe. After a gap, they pursued further education from 1994 to 1998 at FH Wr. Neustadt, earning a Mag. (FH) degree in Wirtschaftsberatende Berufe. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Joseph Schumpeter Institut and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management.
