Darryl Rowell

Darryl Rowell has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Darryl started at Meridian Energy as the General Manager of Strategic Growth from 2002 to 2004. Darryl then joined Energex, where they served as the GM of Strategy and Development from 2009 to 2011 and later as the GM of Business Performance & Analysis from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they worked at Queensland Urban Utilities as the Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2018. Darryl then joined Powerlink Queensland as the Chief Financial Officer in 2018. Most recently, they have been serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at CleanCo Queensland since November 2021.

Darryl Rowell attended Hutt Valley High School, graduating in 1982. Later, they pursued an MBA at Victoria University of Wellington from 1998 to 2001.
