Tim Erich has a diverse work experience in the energy and construction industry. Tim started their career as an Electrical Supervisor and HV Cable Jointer at TA Ronan & Co, where they supervised the installation, testing, and commissioning of low and high voltage cables. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an Electrical Shift Engineer at EDF Energy. Tim then joined Freedom Group as an Electrical Project Engineering Manager, where they worked from 2008 to 2011. Tim Erich's most recent role was at Power On Connections, where they held various positions. Tim started as the Construction Manager - Head of Major Projects South from 2011 to 2012. Tim then became the Regional Manager for London, Major and Primary Network Connections from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Operations Manager South, responsible for managing a team and overseeing all new connection activities. In 2018, Tim Erich was promoted to Construction Director at Power On Connections.
