Kristen Stelljes serves as the Senior Vice President at PowerOptions, Inc. since June 2024. Prior to this role, Kristen held numerous leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at NECEC, where responsibilities included overseeing operations to support a clean energy transition and engaging with municipalities. Kristen's experience extends to academia as a Senior Fellow at the Bloomberg Center for Cities and a Practitioner Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. Notably, Kristen led COVID-19 response initiatives for the City of Somerville, demonstrating strong capabilities in crisis management and public health. Kristen's career also includes significant roles at The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and Management Sciences for Health, where Kristen focused on evidence-based policymaking and program management. Kristen holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Environmental Studies from Brandeis University.
