Patricia Begrowicz

Patricia Begrowicz is currently a board member at PowerOptions. Patricia has extensive experience in management and operations, specifically in the paper and forestry industry. Patricia started their career at Union Camp Corporation as a Technical Department Group Leader and progressed to Director of Process Technologies at Mead Corporation. In 1998, Patricia became Vice President of Commercial Operations at MeadWestvaco where they were responsible for sales and marketing activities in four specialty paper markets with customers worldwide. Patricia led the business unit through a substantial restructuring that involved exiting a legacy market, retiring an asset, and streamlining the remaining business to improve profitability. In 2007, Patricia became General Manager of the Specialty Paper Division Willow Business at MeadWestvaco with full P+L responsibility for the division which had $80 million in revenue and 160 employees. In 2009, Patricia left MeadWestvaco to join Onyx Specialty Papers, Inc. as Chairperson. During their time at Onyx Specialty Papers, Inc., Patricia was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company. In their current role as Board Member at PowerOptions, Patricia uses their vast experience in management and operations to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Patricia Begrowicz has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in Pulp and Paper Engineering from the Institute of Paper Science and Technology.
