Joneé Billy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Season Ticket Sales Representative at Madison Square Garden, where they excelled in providing excellent client service and generating revenue for the New York Knicks, Rangers, and Liberty teams.
In 2009, Joneé joined New York Edge as a Program Director, managing a program for middle and high school-aged girls. Joneé implemented process improvements and collaborated with school administration to bridge the gap between after-school enrichment and the school day, resulting in a significant increase in state test scores for participants.
Starting in 2014, Joneé worked at St. Nicks Alliance as a Multi-Site Supervisor, overseeing three Cornerstone programs in Brooklyn. Joneé managed all aspects of operations, engaged with the community to revitalize resources, and cultivated relationships with residents, businesses, and stakeholders.
Since 2019, Joneé has been employed at PowerPlay NYC, Inc., initially as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & External Affairs and now as the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships & External Affairs. In this role, they have exemplified and uplifted diversity, equity, and inclusion while cultivating relationships with public and private sector stakeholders. Joneé has also designed and implemented corporate engagement strategies, resulting in a record number of new partnerships and additional revenue of over $150,000.

Joneé Billy holds a Master's Degree in Sports Management from Brooklyn College, which was obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sports Management at Mount Holyoke College, from 2002 to 2006.
