Allie Silber

Allie Silber started their career in 2010 at Target, where they held several roles over the years. Allie began as an Executive Team Leader in Hardlines from June 2010 to April 2012, followed by a role as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources from April 2012 to May 2014. Allie then served as a Store Team Leader from May 2014 to April 2016 and again from April 2016 to April 2019. Finally, they worked as a Store Director from April 2019 to February 2022. Currently, Allie is an Account Manager at PowerPlay Retail, a company focused on creating and executing effective go-to-market plans for brand and retail partners.

Allie Silber attended the University of Minnesota from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural Studies & Comparative Literature during that time.
