Beth Zelinski Williams, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Powers, a leading HVAC, Controls, and Service company based in North Little Rock, Arkansas, Beth has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at GTL Americas, where the focus was on developing a gas-to-liquids facility. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Contracts and Compliance at Wesley K. Clark & Associates, an international consulting firm, and as a Middle School Math and Science Teacher with Teach For America. Beth holds a Master of Business Administration from Harding University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Quincy University.
