Alison Hayes

Alison Hayes, CPSM, CPSD, PMP, is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in global sourcing and procurement leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Procurement at PowerSchool since November 2021, Alison has successfully achieved cost savings exceeding $15 million in 2022 while establishing a new procurement function. Prior roles at QBE North America included AVP Global IT Sourcing and AVP - IT Procurement, where significant savings were attained through strategic negotiations and contract management. Alison's earlier experience includes key positions at WMS Gaming, MNJ Technologies Direct, and CDW, demonstrating a consistent track record of enhancing procurement processes and building strong supplier relationships. Alison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Saint Louis University.
