Debi Himelfarb

Debi Himelfarb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and organizational growth. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Operations at PowerSchool since October 2021, Debi focuses on enhancing sales efficiency through cross-departmental collaboration and the implementation of tools and processes, including leading Salesforce improvements and serving as Sales Integration Lead for multiple acquisitions. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at ShalomLearning from April 2012 to October 2021, Debi spearheaded innovative educational initiatives and marketing strategies to enhance accessibility for Hebrew school students globally. Debi’s tenure at Blackboard from 2003 to 2011 included various leadership roles, such as Director of Client Support Operations, where efficiency improvements and client feedback analysis were core responsibilities. Additionally, Debi held positions at Manugistics as Manager of Hosted Solutions from 1999 to 2003. Debi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
