Megan Smith is a seasoned Total Rewards professional with extensive experience managing employee benefits and compensation strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Total Rewards at PowerSchool since February 2023, Megan leads the global benefits strategy and oversees the North America benefits team while enhancing employee satisfaction through cost-effective solutions.
