Shane Harrison

Shane Harrison is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as the SVP of Investor Relations & Corporate Finance at PowerSchool since June 2022. With a strong background in corporate development, Shane previously held the role of SVP at NAVEX Global, where the focus was on M&A activities within the Enterprise SaaS sector. Prior to this, Shane served as SVP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at FLIR Systems, managing numerous acquisitions and divestitures. Additional experience includes a principal position at Archetype Finance, VP of Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers, and earlier roles at Goodrich Aerospace and Deloitte & Touche. Shane holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Accounting from the University of Oregon.
