Xiomara Valdivia

Xiomara Valdivia is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience at PowerSchool since April 2020, currently serving as a Senior Advanced Support Engineer II, having previously held roles as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to PowerSchool, Xiomara worked at Apple as an Applecare Home Advisor from July 2018 to April 2020. Earlier career experiences include positions as Events and Outreach Assistant at Sacramento State Admissions and Outreach Office, where responsibilities involved data analysis and recruitment presentations, and as a First Year Experience Peer Mentor, providing academic advising and support to first-year students. Additionally, Xiomara served as a Residential Advisor for a summer program at the Level Playing Field Institute, mentoring and tutoring students. Academically, Xiomara holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, earned in 2020.
