Frances Ward

Frances Ward's work experience began in 2001 at Papa John's International where they worked as a Graphic Designer. Frances then worked as a Freelance Designer at Paul Schultz from 2003 to 2005, providing design skills to creative directors and designing various print and promotional pieces. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an Art Director at McCafferty and Company Advertising, where they conceptualized, designed, and produced print and web projects for clients.

From 2009 to 2013, Frances Ward owned and published Pure Uncut Candy, a publication that showcased the local art community in Louisville. Frances then worked at Able&Co. from 2014 to 2015 as a Senior Designer, where they developed creative solutions for clients in the real estate industry.

Frances Ward joined Mightily in 2015 and held various roles including Art Director, Senior Art Director, Associate Director of Creative Services, and Creative Services Director. Their responsibilities included concept development, creating designs for web and print, and leading a creative department. Frances left Mightily in 2022 and is currently working as an Associate Creative Director at PowerScoppechio.
