Lynda Carnley

Lynda Carnley, SHRM-CP, has over 40 years of experience in human resources and banking. Since August 2002, Lynda has worked at PowerSouth Energy Cooperative, advancing from Human Resources Coordinator to Senior Human Resources Coordinator and eventually to Human Resources Manager. Prior to this role, Lynda spent two decades at Colonial Bank, starting as a work study and progressing through various positions, ultimately serving as Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President. Lynda holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from Faulkner University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
