Janell Payne

Janell Payne is a Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coach, Training Consultant, Educator, and Speaker with extensive experience in communication skills development. Since 2007, Janell has been self-employed, coaching professionals in areas such as public speaking and interpersonal communication. They have facilitated workshops for various organizations and served as an Executive Coach with PowerSpeaking, Inc., where they have coached thousands of leaders from prominent companies. Janell has held academic positions at institutions like San Jose State University and Washington State University Vancouver, and holds a BA and MA in Communication Studies.
