Milena Berry

Milena Berry is the co-founder and CEO of PowerToFly, a platform that connects companies with qualified remote women in tech. Prior to launching PowerToFly, Milena was the Chief Technical Officer at Avaaz.org, a global civic organization with over 40 million members in 196 countries. In this role, they were responsible for managing the technical team and overseeing all aspects of the organization's website. Before Avaaz, Milena was the Director of Production at Goalquest.com, a higher ed marketing startup. In this role, they oversaw the launch and smooth running of over 130 simultaneously running websites. Milena has also held positions at Vision Education & Media and Hewlett-Packard / Agilent.com.

Milena Berry's educational career includes a Master's in Professional Studies from the Interactive Telecommunications Program at Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hogeschool Holland - EBA.
