Jeff Lochmandy, CMB, AMP has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Jeff is currently serving as a Sales Director at PowerTPO since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Divisional Sales Director at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc. from June 2020 to May 2022. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked as a Regional Sales Director at Homepoint from April 2010 to May 2020, and at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. from April 2008 to May 2010. Jeff also served as the Vice President of Sales at Washington Mutual Bank from April 2006 to May 2008. Before that, they held the position of National Sales Manager at NetBank/ RBMG from April 2001 to April 2006. Jeff's prior professional experience also includes working as a Regional Sales Manager at SunTrust from April 1996 to April 2001, and as an Account Executive at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. from August 1987 to April 1996.
Jeff Lochmandy, CMB, AMP earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 1982 and 1986.
