Roser Mendez is a Founder & Director at Komorebi Solutions, where Roser serves as a Career Mentor, PR Strategist, and Communication Adviser focusing on enhancing Women Talent for individuals and organizations. Roser is also a Partner at ACADEMY WEE - World Educational Empowerment and an Ambassador at PowerUp, a program aimed at seed-level female-led ventures. As a Circle Leader at Lean In, Roser continues to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Roser worked as an Executive Assistant at Tyruscap and IDIBELL, as well as a Managing Director's Secretary at Gescredit. Roser holds a Master's degree in East Asian Studies and has a background in PR, communication, and mentoring.
